We had a wonderful Sealyham named Katie for 16 years. She had a lovely cheerful disposition, was VERY smart, and was friendly with all people where ever she met them (she liked to kiss babies/toddlers, but she never lived with one). She was friendly with other dogs that we met on walks, etc., but a bit jealous of visiting dogs. She loved walks but didn't require tons of exercise as they say in the article- she would have done well in an apartment. I'm getting a Sealy puppy very soon - people who thinks terriers are fun but aren't up to the high energy level of a Jack Russell or Fox Terrier should consider a Sealy. They are stubborn - read up on terrier stubbornness so you don't get a dog with the wrong kind of personality for your household!
